Tea leaves opened at the first harvest are collected by hand one by one and blended with jasmine flowers after wilting. By taking advantage of the scent and moisture around the tea, the honey of the flower is absorbed into the tea. Then the flowers are separated and the tea leaves are shaped into pearls. It is an excellent fatigue and meal tea.
