Organically produced Hojicha is one of Japan’s most popular teas with its slightly sooty taste that is low in caffeine and tannin. Thanks to the quality of the tea, it can be brewed twice. The color of Hojicha roasted in porcelain vessels is brown. Because this tea is deep roasted, it is richly flavored and an excellent after-dinner tea.

Ideal Preparation Conditions: It is recommended to add 1 teaspoon (2 gr.) to approximately 250 ml of water at 90 degrees and infuse for 3 minutes. (The same tea can be brewed twice.)
